I could not have made it through my finals without this podcast. It is reflective and thought provoking yet also a simple and gentle way to ease you in to prayer. I would recommend to anyone whether on the go or not!
Talking to God the easy way
I wasn't getting much out of reciting "traditional" prayers I was taught as a child; they became monotonous and my attention span wasn't good enough to focus properly. But this podcast is great: it's 10 mins of daily music, a reading and a reflection / meditation: it is just the right length and hits the right tone (it doesn't preach, the speaker merely guides your meditation by asking questions). Really calming way to start the day: I'd recommend it to all Christians: Catholics and Protestants alike.
This helps me to balance my life
I find using this podcast for the ten minutes or so each day a really good way to meditate and pray, it also teaches in a very gentle way.
