As an overthinker, overworrier, 'what if' kind of person, this podcast is right up my street! In fact I feel like Gabrielle is talking to me personally! It is easy to follow, Gabrielle has a lovely, clear voice and each episode is not too long but still full of practical ways of helping us over thinkers to reduce the amount of time we spend in our heads so we can spend more time in the moment, enjoying our lives! Gabrielle's advice can be put into practice straight away too.
