Like a Micro-Holiday
I tried a few relaxaion podcasts before this. Some cost money, and none were as good. These are small chunks of relaxation but with an element of mindfulness. Basically they're very good guided meditation.
The 'Get Rid of Nightmares' episode is a good place to start, whether or not you suffer from nightmares.
Best relaxation podcast out there!
