Very good but very big

The brilliant Robert LLewellyn's second web series kicks off with the equally funny Ed Bye; one of the producers of, among other things, Red Dwarf. The only negative is that while the 892x506 size makes for comfortable viewing on a computer some of the picture will be cut off when watched on portable players with a smaller aspect ratio. The high quality comes at a cost as the file size is nearly 150mb so if you have a slow internet connection or computer/player with limited space I recommend waiting until it is released on YouTube or the LLewTube site.

Cream of the internet

Sometimes an idea comes along that typifies the simple nature of the internet: people love engaging content. Whereas television producers generally cover up their lack of content by adding laughter tracks and special effects, Robert Llewellyn cuts the crap and delivers the same core concept that makes websites like Flickr and television programme QI so popular. What you get is *interesting* subject matter from a source you wouldn't generally have access to. The presentation is very bare bones, with visible tie-clip microphones and mobile phone interference, but what's clear about this podcast is that it *doesn't matter*. The reason you'll watch this podcast is to hear interesting people talk without a script about an interesting side of themselves that you wouldn't normally hear, and that by far trumps the fact that there's no lighting rig or director.

Rob's Excellent as always!

Excellent vodcast as always from Robert Llewellyn, but I am a huge fan of his work anyway! File was a little large but played fine on both my iphone and my Macbook. Thanks as always Rob for keeping us entertained.
