||CleanEpisode One: An Introduction||Welcome to the Since Sliced Bread podcast! Before we go any further, we’d like to put out a content warning that in this episode we discuss dieting behaviour and disordered eating patterns. We’re so happy that you’ve tuned in for the first episode. I’m currently sat listening to this podcast on my lunch break, whilst eating a jacket potato smothered in butter and cheese with a side of salad. All those dreaded carbs and fat was something a year ago I wouldn’t have touched with a barge pole; now as a result of girls like these and resources like this I feel totally content that today I craved a jacket potato and every single mouthful was guilt free and delicious. Keep doing what you’re doing girls, it makes the hugest difference to so many people!

Cait and Alice are the two of the most relatable twenty something girls who say it how it is. Given the podcast is in such early stages, the conversations between these two come across so natural and authentic.
They get through a load of what could be ‘heavy’ topics, seemingly effortlessly with plenty of humour but also giving the issues the respect they warrant.
I listened to the episodes on my walk to work and had to stop myself physically nodding in agreement to pretty much everything said! 😂
