Packed full if useful advice

This is an excellent podcast! Gina is incredibly generous with her knowledge and experience. She passes on so much useful advice from her years working as a photographer right at the top of her game. Together with friend, interviewer and photographer Vakerie Khoo, the pair give the listener a great look into the world of being a successful photographer. This podcast is definitely the most packed in terms of useful content out of any I’ve listened to.

Valuable, genuine, entertaining advice & tips. If you love photography, you'll love this podcast

As a rookie photographer, eager to learn and hungry for information, I trawled the internet searching for information, advice and tips. Struggling to find either anything that talked my inexperienced language or didn't turn my brain to mush and send me to sleep in seconds, I fortunately happened across Gina and Valerie's podcast! Thank you!

Gina so generously shares her wealth of experience and knowledge in a way that ensures even the most confusing topics are demystified, with Valerie always brilliantly asking the very questions I am wondering in my own head. Aside from the technical hints and tips covering every aspect of photography, to the brilliant advice on building your own photography business, the style of their delivery makes you feel like you're sat with your best mates chatting over a drink - down to earth, honest, entertaining, encouraging and supportive. Accompanied by a fantastic and welcoming facebook community, where Gina and Valerie hang out too! Awesome!

With many episodes to catch up on, I listen at every possible opportunity, whether driving in the car, or cooking the dinner - my much loved music has been ousted in favour of Gina and Valerie and I eagerly look forward to the next episode!

There is something for everyone here, at my inexperienced level as well as for the pro's out there. If you love photography, you'll love this! Thank you girls! Just brilliant!

Fine Wine & Good Food (The perfect combination)

I stumbled across this podcast purely by accident. I was immediately drawn in by the journalistic prowess of Valerie but completely hooked when the 1st of many Ginaisms followed. The simplistic & quirky way of explaining photography .......light being the opposite of dark etc. makes it possible that anyone on any level can definitely get pointers out of this show. Like Gina I have had to binge listen to try and catch up and am making steady progress whilst driving around visiting customers. I am especially enthralled by the way Gina goes off on random tangents with Val (like a well trained cattle herder having the unenviable task of) trying to reign her in again to get back on the right path. This makes me think that perhaps all artists (pro or budding) are space cadets in their own right and are dreamers hence why we tend to go off on different tangents fairly regularly 😉

The combination of these two lovely ladies is like sitting down to enjoying a fine homemade meal with a great glass of vino, easy on the palette with a great glass of wine to accompany. You are left feeling full after every episode but excited about coming back the next week, in anticipation of what is being served in the next episode.

I will definitely be recommending this podcast to all my photography mates.

Keep up the fantastic work and am learning so much from this podcast👏

P.S The ladies can fight it out as to who's the wine and who's the food 😉
