This is Lit!
As an ex serious runner I love love this! I am just jog around and walk like an old man at 31 but this reminds me of my uni days just chatting running and talking about lad stuff! Ross and Colin are brilliant down to earth guys chatting and getting their running mates around a table having a pint chatting about just running experiences! Brilliant party to my eyes and other places ;) cheers guys!
Refreshing Running Podcast
Great podcast, not all about the running, but great to hear about how both Ross and Colin are keeping themselves in the game while juggling full time work and family life. Engaging and fun conversations with guests, definitely get to know the non-athlete side to them too!
I enjoy this podcast almost as much as Colin enjoys deep throating a honey dipped banana.
