Easy listening Humour and talk from your average mid 20s blokes

I have been listening to the absolute peach since its first episode way back when. Now in its 3rd season, the guys are really showing their commitment to bringing you an hours worth of fun and talk each and every friday afternoon. An eclectic mix of bizarre newspaper articles and youtube nonsense fuel these guys' utter unbelief of just how crazy this world is, giving them the opportunity to provide their own solutions to the problems from the point of view of an average 25 year old. What I love about the show is that it is well paced podcast that is suited to both friday afternoon antics or monday morning blues in the office!

Furry Orange Fruit of Wierdness

Ok, Lets tell you a bit about 'The Peach'. It's Random. It's thought provoking. It's abstract. It's well produced. It's cheeky. It's angry. It's disjointed. It's politically incorrect. It's got extras. It's weird. It's suprising. It's laugh out loud funny, It's essential. It's the Absolute Peach. Putting the amateur into amateur podcasting. Amateur it may be, but predictable it isn't. Reeves and Mortimer-esque, it's worth the subscription fee alone. Oh yeah, it's free. No excuses then. And they do merchandise too. Mine's an XXL!!!

The Golden Age of podcasting, in one podcast.

Looking at "what other people subscribed to" I find some of my favourite comedians of these times, Stephen Fry who opitimises the words 'british intellectual', Russel Brand and his hollywood expeditions, and the famous "best bits of Chris Moyles", the less said about which bits the better. But the point is that the Peach couldn't have more suitable line up to be associated with. I know that on Chris Moyles podcast's page and what his 'listeners also subscribe to' probably won't be "The Absolute Peach", but why the heck not! These guys return to what podcasting was originally all about, and why now it really is one of the most trusted forms of media. All the 'celebrities' mentioned above have just taken podcasting and twisted it subtley into another form of publicity. The Peach really is coming from a different place. If anything these two mini-geniuses take this form of podcasting to another, even better level. Normal discussion, which is so much better than normal! Imagine your two best mates were gold comedy talent, and they were on tap. It's only when you join their forums that you realise they aren't gods! (theabsolutepeach.com/forums join now because your gonna like it). So why shouldn't The Absolute Peach be up their crammed up next to Chris Moyles' best bits, because these guys really know what it's all about.
