A creative and inspiring way to tackle a serious topic

The Agile Path is brilliantly written, creatively produced with an inspiring and important story to tell. Love it!

High quality documentary-style podcast

The first episode of this podcast tackles a key issue for organisations that want to make the transition to agile. In fact, it's a key issue for any organisation that wants to get the best from its staff, and perhaps more importantly care for its employees as human beings rather than "resources".
It's presented in a documentary style, with BBC-level production values. If he carries on in this vein, John's podcast will become a must-listen for everyone who is interested in transitioning to agile.
