TimLangley ,

Highly motivating!

As a newcomer to swimming I’m keen to learn as much as I can and this podcast has been an invaluable resource. Found my way here through the YouTube channel (which is also amazing), and enjoy the different range of guests on here. It’s motivating to hear stories of how other people have gone from this time to that time and how they have done it, and to hear from varied swimmers from Channel swimmers to others not that far from where I am atm. Highly recommended for anyone with an interest in swimming

Ok

Too many adverts throughout the show for me

Downhill recently

Used to be good now it just seems to be more about random clients promoting his 5 day catch challenge.
