Beautiful podcast- Adwoa is such a good interviewer and deals with every topic and guest with great empathy and sensitivity. I really love the listener contributions too. A really empowering listen.
Thank you for giving me hope.
The episode with Lydia was so beautiful. Not only did it give me hope but it also raised so many important points and highlighted the lack of understanding surrounding eating disorders. It’s not about being thin, there’s so much more to it and we need to challenge the stigma surrounding such a dangerous disease. Thank you Adwoa. X
I’ve listened to 4 episodes today
Adwoa is just such an incredible interviewer, I love that she really lets her interviewees talk and when she does chip in, it’s with the most amazing emotional intelligence
