Such helpful advice! Couldn’t have found a better podcast!!

Getting diagnosed with IBS has been a rollercoaster of emotions and struggling through the elimination phase, dealing with the ‘oh she’s a fussy eater’ looks when eating out, low mood, thinking I’m making it up, thoughts of giving up with the plan and more. This podcast has been like a support group and is massively helping me through. Absolutely Essential Listening

After bouncing about amongst GPs and vague suggestions of avoiding bread, a friend of a friend recommended the low FODMAP diet. It took me over a year to take the plunge but listening to this podcast has made everything so much clearer and easier to understand. I'm now three days in and not hungry at all.
