I haven’t listened to all of your podcasts but I work with children in a primary school and have four of my own. I find the easy, open, honest and positive reassurance given in your show so useful and practical. I always feel full of hope after listening- keep on telling it like it is please!
Finally, a parenting podcast I can relate to!!
I so love your transparency and what you both say and share really resonates in the way I now choose to parent my son.
My trauma has meant that I really wasn’t emotionally available for the early years of his life and through my own therapy I’ve learned to love and feel. I felt like I fell in love with my son when he was around 7 years old and I grieve that loss so profoundly every time I now choose connection.
My son is nearly 14 and is now struggling with his own anxiety and I know that he’s dealing with such big feelings that couldn’t be help when he was little.
You guys give me hope when I’m struggling so thank you both and keep it up ❤️
