Give it a shot, theres nothing to lose

I am not into meditation or anthying like this but I have a stressful job and I felt wound up all of the time. So I thought I'd try this. I had no faith before listening to it that it would work but it completely surprised me. Sitting quiet, just breathing whilst being guided by these people was amazing. After just twenty minutes I felt like I'd been given an invigorating massage. Even if you don't believe in this sort of thing try it, it could surprise you.

excellent stress reliever

I'm presently undergoing a few changes in my life that are proving quite stressful right now and have been trawling through the podcasts in search of something to help. So far Jesse and Jeanes podcast is one of the best that I've come across and I find it really relaxing to take time out and listen. Excellent work you two, please keep it up :-)

Worth a try!

One does really feel extremely relaxed. Mind will continue to wander , nevertheless you will still feel calmer throughout the day. Helps reduce nightmares and get a good night sleep too.
