This podcast saved me

Title sounds dramatic but it’s not exaggerating to say this podcast has honestly changed my outlook, my relationship with my children and myself and my life entirely. I found it by accident at a time in my life when I felt more lost than ever. Since then, I have discovered self compassion and understanding and I’m now training to be a psychotherapist and coach, none of which I’d have done without it. I only wish I’d found it sooner and I’d have saved myself an awful lot of heart ache and soul searching. I recommend it to all my Mummy friends (and have sent episodes to lots of Dad’s/Aunts/Grandparents too)
