Insightful and invigorating

I stumbled across this podcast around about 3 years ago at a time where life had become particularly stressful.

Fast forward to now, I am very glad that I did find this podcast as it has enabled me to take that proverbial step back and focus on areas of self-improvement. Richard has a real gift for simplifying psychological matters in a way that I have been able to digest, whilst at the same time keeping his points profound.

Thanks Richard and keep up the great podcasts!

Lovely

This is my first review I’ve ever left on anything. I first started listening to podcasts to help me sleep during a tough time, this was when I stumbled upon these- now I look forward to the first of every month where I can doze off to a new one. Very soothing and it’s nice to have a bit of self help and reflective time without being patronised or told a million things you should change to be happy.

Refreshing...

Thank you! A friend recommended your podcasts after I spoke to her about depression and how it has affected my family for generations. I have learned to cope with my depression luckily in my early 20s. I can still feel it rear it’s head on occasion but now recognise that and deal with it immediately. My son is also showing signs of depression at 13, he has seen a therapist, we both work together to learn how to deal with it before it can take hold. Hopefully he’ll be able to cope on his own in the future. Your podcast on depression was spot on and reinforced my methods. The most wonderful way I deal with it is walking the dog. Fantastic at cleansing the mind and so easy to fit into everyday life! And definitely ‘ask twice’ is amazing advice! Thank you
