Wow - episode 30th july

I had to almost turn this off during the section on 'crowd culture'.
It was out of touch, judgemental and totally ill-informed. It felt like yet another exercise in pointing the finger at the 'youth of today' for the global problems we currently face.

Essential listening

Excellent review of the week's major events. They have different speakers every week and I often disagree with one or more. However, as they generally give sensible arguments, I'm far from complaining. The overall politics are generally right of centre, although not jingoistically so, or unchallenged. Fantastic.

Soundproofing is overrated

Do you enjoy podcasts recorded on a dictaphone held against receiver of a telephone, while sirens tear past the nearby open window? Well this is the podcast for you! It’s a shame. The content is essential listening but the audio is damn near unlistenable.
