Episode 1: Welcome to the Synap Podcast
Welcome to the first synap podcast introducing the team: James, Omair, Manisha and Charlotte. James and Omair founded synap back in 2011 whilst they were in medical school, and this year they became fully qualified doctors and bosses as they took their first employees Manisha and Charlotte. Manisha is a qualified teacher and has a masters in drug toxicology and safety pharmacology and Charlotte just graduated with a degree in economics. In this podcast we talk about all the changes we've faced in 2017, life in the start up world and how we work together
