Giving this rating due to the recent episode on motivation
Generally I've been a fan of this podcast due to some really good and interesting guests. I was surprised by a recent episode though where dangerous levels of motivation were paused and highlighted. I understand premier athletes need to be able to overcome adversity, however if this level of motivation drives people injuring themselves, I would expect the host to moderate that. Unfortunately, this host is not very good at asking questions, and is generally happy to just agree with the guests.
This is such a good motivational podcast.
I’ve enjoyed the first few episodes and look forward to learning more.
