Yogaworks founder wisdom
Yogaworks Westwood 2002 is where I started my yoga! It’s great to hear from the founder - her connection to both yoga philosophy & our modern society is undoubtedly the basis of the Yogaworks success. I had tried yoga before but just couldn’t connect - Yogaworks gave me such a breadth of different yoga traditions that my understanding & appreciation was able to slowly unfold. Thanks Maty! I’m mid-YTT now, your wisdom is golden.
