Description

Up and Vanished is an investigative true crime podcast hosted by Atlanta filmmaker Payne Lindsey. In Season 1, Payne tackles his first cold case story, the unsolved disappearance of Georgia high school teacher and former pageant queen, Tara Grinstead. The 11-year-old case remains the largest case file in Georgia history and is still unfolding. Season 2 focuses on the disappearance of young mother Kristal Reisinger from a remote mountain town in Colorado. Up and Vanished aims to tell compelling, true stories and give these cases the exposure they deserve.

Arrogant horrible host

You were so horrible to Brooke I'm never listening again

For all Truth and Justice and Undisclosed Fans

Good production quality, with a well-constructed narrative. I am hooked, and each episode draws you in more. So sad that this is yet another unsolved disappearance. I do hope this podcast can help shed light on what happened.

Soooo good

This is just terrific. I don't normally write reviews but this gem deserves one. I found it through the classic Making a Murderer-Serial-Undisclosed route via a dozen other imitations in this compelling new crime journo genre... but this is the best yet. You can tell the guy's a filmmaker - great storytelling and production. Well worth a listen if you think you're strong enough to hold on for the next instalment.
