Clever, informative and thought provoking.
This started life as a handful of short clips during the Velocast Race Radio podcast over the winter and has grown into its own, well deserved entity. Nicely put together, it gives a look at areas of cycling that sometimes I know nothing about, or worse still, that I think I know about and then realise I knew nothing! Good chat around each topic in a non preachy way creates a great show, recommended to all cyclists. We have a glorious sport, some of its history is glorious, some of it is shocking. Listen and learn! :)
A must for cycling fans
This is a must listen podcast for anyone interested in cycling. Cycling has such a rich history from great feats of endurance and breathtaking racing to it's fallen heroes. All are covered by the encyclopedic knowledge of Cillian, which is complemented brilliantly by the well informed relaxed discussion from John. Would be great to hear more about the early days of cycling (pre war) but I'm sure future shows will cover some of this. Thanks guys for putting the time and effort into entertaining us.
For somebody like me who is new to the sport, this show is a must. The work the guys do is fantastic.
Each show starts with a story or tale of misery/joy/effort and then it gets broken down and discussed. It's fantastic.
