I downloaded this podcast with a degree of scepticism, but thought i would dedicate my self to testing it out this once... I downloaded the cast on knee's, and must say, am totaly converted. If you follow the example and give it a chance i believe you to will take yoga on board as the perfect supplement to an active lfe style. Or as is said in the video, if you just want to become more flexable and find a way to relax and feel good. Highly recommended.

Good program

I like the bite-sized segments. Good for beginners but also for experienced practitioners. I use it to complement longer routines, for days when I don't have time to do a full session. Worth it!

Out of this world and down to Earth

The YOGAmazing podcast is a field of benefits that everyone can reap. Chaz's instructions are clear, easy to follow and calming. The sequences each week have a different focus based on requests made by subscribers, giving this podcast a very personal feel as well as lots of variety. Always flowing beautifully from one pose to the next, the sequences are clearly very well thought out. Regardless of how long you have been practicing yoga these lovely sessions, with an unpretentious and very giving guide, will leave your body feeling revitalized and your mood uplifted. I can't recommend this podcast enough.
