Great podcast.
I been listening to this podcast for over 5 years and can say it has help greatly. Simple but impeccable wisdom and guidance to help live life on a momentary basis. It has help my practice greatly.
Though not identify myself as a Buddhist I found the Koan case study (earlier podcasts fascinating) and well worth a listen.
The more recent “living zen” is really great with a focus on how to bring teachings and practice into day to day life.
Thanks especially for the idea that is OK to be Thoroughly deluded!!
