As the series begins, the Solana staff are suffering pay cuts and the Garveys think Madge has a stalker.

Probate attorney Buck A Roo tells the Garveys that a multi-million inheritance is Madge's for the taking, but they reject him as a fraud. The eavesdropping Solana staff are gobsmacked, and Joyce sends Lesley off to do some research on Buck. Glynn Flint reveals more about life with wife Rhiannon to a sympathetic though bored Jacqueline, while Clive Dyke makes the most of being single and tries his luck with a holidaymaker.

Joyce becomes suspicious when Blow and Go appears extremely busy, and how young its customers are looking - even an unusually fresh-faced Mateo. Joyce confronts Kenneth, who is forced to offer her free botox sessions to avoid his secret being reported to head office. Still annoyed at his dad, Tiger hides the news that Auntie Terri is on her way to The Solana. Terri arrives just in time to catch Mateo having a botox-based argument, gets caught in the crossfire and is knocked out cold.

Kenneth and Liam bring a prostrate Joyce breakfast in bed. Promising to find an antidote for the mystery injections he gave her the previous night, Kenneth heads off to seek advice from his old friend Mr Wu. Liam receives a surprise visit from his mum - Les's ex Gloria. Gloria wants Liam to come home to the UK, and tries to bribe him and Les to get her own way. Glynn announces that he is taking Jacqueline out for a game of pelota.

Solana Group CEO Crystal Hennessy-Vass sweeps into the resort and takes Joyce out to lunch. There she announces that the staff budget is being cut by half - and Joyce is being replaced by somebody cheaper. When Joyce returns to the hotel, she discovers that her predecessor Janey has taken her job. As The Oracle's Romanian fiancee Ionela arrives in Benidorm, Noreen discovers that Geoff/The Oracle has told her he is a successful businessman.

Jason is back but what is his connection to Janey York? Clive gets swindled out of 5,000 euros by dodgy estate agents Monty and Melanie. The Oracle and Noreen are stuck in a lift, discovering all sorts about each other.
