Stath Lets Flats

Stath needs to impress his dad/boss and let some flats, after losing his patience and pushing a customer, but he's not as fast as the other agents when it comes to arranging viewings - Strong language and adult humour

Stath is still struggling, so he is delighted when his dad gives him a garden flat to let in a desirable area. Thinking it will sell itself, Stath only books one viewing. However the viewing does not go to plan when they see the garden.

After Stath accidentally burns down a property, he falls out with his exasperated dad. Now the question remains as to whether he will fit in at the slick agency next door where he has landed a new job.

Stath takes desperate measures to get on the annual inter-agency football tournament when he finds out he has been dropped from the team as it is a chance to get one over on rival agency Smethwicks.

After a night of drunken passion with former rival Carole, Stath is infatuated. It is college results day for Sophie and Stath had promised to take Sophie to her college, but is caught up in his own drama so she turns to Al.

Vasos is turning 70 and a party is planned. Meanwhile, Stath is desperate for his dad to hand the business to him, but when Carole demands a head-to-head interview for the position, Stath is out of his depth and Vasos has a tough decision to make.
