It feels like they filmed my life and made it more interesting

Being a 16 year old boy, watching a program about 16 year old blokes is always a risk, because the writers might have tried to patronise me by trying to use 'youth language' and targeting it at my age really badly. Programs like skins get it really wrong, because all the situations seem so ridiculous and the dialouge is just false, but this program works so well because it's taking all the great little details about crappy school life in britain for people like me and just satirizing it... like the 'hot' teacher, who's not really hot, just the only female teacher under 30 in the school - i'm pretty sure most schools have one of those teachers. This makes it really genuine and hilarious... and if i hadn't already watched and recorded the whole series on e4, i'd consider actually buying this....

Brilliantly Observed

This is easily the best debut sitcom for years. Vulgar, obscene, brilliantly funny yet (according to my kids) a pretty accurate reflection of school life. Totally of the wall at times (the driving test examiner for example...) but one you can watch time and time again.

The price of this and many other series on Itunes is a joke! When you can watch then all on 4OD for FREE!
