In the mid-'80s, Neil Young and his band, International Harvesters, toured rodeos and county fairs throughout America's heartland, breathing life into Young's 1985 "country" album, Old Ways. But as heard on A Treasure, the Harvesters—which included long-time Young compatriots like Spooner Oldham and Ben Keith, plus fiddler Rufus Thibodeaux and pianist Hargus “Pig” Robbins—vibrantly reimagined material from Young's entire career, including their dreamy take on Buffalo Springfield's "Flying On the Ground Is Wrong" and a barn-burning version of Crazy Horse's "Grey Riders".
