Denmark's most popular alternative rock band, Kashmir play music that is both expressive and powerful, with melodic invention balanced against robust guitar figures and massive drumbeats. However, Kashmir explored a more melodic and dynamic side of their musical personality on their sixth studio album, 2009's Trespassers, which puts keyboards higher in the mix and turns down the guitars but still finds the group writing strong, challenging material. Selections include "Mouthful of Wasps," "Mantaray," "Bewildered in the City," "Danger Bear," and "Time Has Deserted Us."
