Veeeeery sloooooow

Loading times are unacceptable! Every time I wanna get something done I am waiting for ages! Plus the app crashes a lot.
Nice user interface idea but it is now outdated. Remove huge bg images, make it lighter and faster. Come on you can do better...

App is not working for Home and Mobile account

Account disconnected message is displayed, preventing me from using the App although my account works fine in the Vodafone My account web site.
Contacted Vodafone support a few times with no success.
Very disappointed with the App
