Latin gospel singer Cristina Mel was educated at the Federal University of Rio de Janiero, University of Michigan, and Cambridge. Her first album, Tá Decidido, was released in 1990. She went on to release over 20 more albums in the next 14 years, including several children's albums. In 2006, Mel released a collection of songs for a Brazilian version of Veggie Tales, Cristina Mel & Os Vegetais. ~ TiVo Staff
