Publisher Description
The complaint in this ejectment suit and the proofs submitted in support of plaintiffs motion for the summary judgment, granting of which prompted this appeal, show that plaintiffs unbroken record title originates in a deed prior in date and recordation to a tax deed which the defendant-appellants filed in evidence in resistance of the motion for summary judgment and rely upon as creating a superior title to that of the plaintiff-appellee.
