This book is designed for patrol officers and those who respond first to domestic violence calls for service. While the focus leans toward domestic violence, the techniques detailed inside can be applied to any call for service involving a traumatic event. The V.O.T.E. program will reduce risk to the lives of officers, first responders, and victims.
