Zane Brown v. State

This is an appeal from a conviction of robbery and a sentence of imprisonment in the penitentiary for ten years. Both the defendant and the victim were seventeen years of age at the time of the offense. Defendant's motion for treatment under the Youthful Offender Act was denied after an investigation and a hearing. He thereafter was duly arraigned and pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity.
