The best baby journal app!

I had done weeks of research over 10+ apps for a baby journal to record the precious moments of my baby girl! And among all, this app is by far the best - user friendly, great support team, fast app response time and nice User interface! Great job!

A critical function to DL in one time is removed

Before I was thinking to join vip, I asked in feedback msg in app about the peekaboo storage and dl function. They replied promptly which I did appreciate, but sad news is that the one time DL from peekaboo drive is no longer exist, and we need to DL photo in app, day by day. And no history of the dairy can be DL as well. My dairy and milestones for my baby is also very important. To conclude, if you are paid user, what you gain is only a “unlimited” upload photos to peekaboo and they Coby’s help you to place your baby photos day by day for VIEW ONLY, but you cannot have a backup from peekaboo.

I have lost most of my precious baby pictures!

I have been paying and using this apps for almost 3 years. Recently my phone was out of order and I would like to download back my pictures here. Then I find out there are lots of pictures are missing!!

After communicate with them, they keep saying that the record match with their backend! Which is ridiculous…for example there are only 1 picture at last year Halloween…only 3 pictures on her birthday etc…..

In conclusion, nothing can be done and I just lost all my precious baby pictures records here.
