Long processing to open the app

Whenever I wanna open the app to enjoy the offer, it takes so long to download it. It’s so embarrassing to open the app for more than. 10 mins and hold other customers queuing up behind me. It’s so frustrating to use the app. I would never try using the app again.

Online to offline?

The promotion said I can enjoy 20% off cake order if I download the app, so I left the shop and decided to download the app and order online. After I downloaded, I found that the 20% off is only apply to order made at the shop if you show the app coupon.... it’s not applicable to app order... so stupid.

Bad

This app is really bad ,every time I need login password and it is hard remember it ! Need numbers ,capital letters ,small letters. So annoying and every time I need to login different password , How could I remember it and if I know the password it can discount !!
