Address sections, always limited letters, between word after word become no spacing after inputting all of the address.

This app is amazing but at some points it gets annoying , i was going to get a package however sf express messaged me that there will be a delay to my package and it’ll arrive the next day at 12 pm so i wasn’t home .however later during the afternoon i got a text the same day saying that there was a delivery fail because of no response at home . so i had to reschedule my delivery time and everything thanks to the online cs who helped me reschedule everything. I love sf express however they should estimate the right time although they might be very busy i feel like they should be more professional when it comes to estimating delivery time please fix this every time they say my package will arrive the next day it’ll arrive on the day where it was delayed .

I wanted to send a letter and SF said I need to provide all these info: Paper size, Paper weight, paper material, where the paper is made, brand of the paper, how the letter was printed, brand of the printer 🙀also need to show the letter to them. I gave up and went to HK Post!

Does this company have a CEO, director or management? It’s unbelievable how insanely bad and unprofessional this piece of sf company is. Useless app, useless tracking, never deliveries what it should, even when the parcel is sitting in the shop for ages while teenager contractors are hanging outside the curb playing their phones and having a cigarette break.

Jesus Frigging Christ - please shut this whole thing down for good and forever. Do yourself and us all this favor 🙏🏻
