Frustration

Can never login even after changing password. When I tried linking MoneyBack card with Watson’s card, the app closed down automatically every time, so I still ended up not able to buy stuff. When I try to do registration again, it said I am already a member, but it doesn’t let me login. What a useless app! I now buy stuff from mannings instead.

Waste of my time. Misleading statement.

I ordered and selected to pick up at store just to save my time, I double checked both items are available in store, but there is no ‘express pick up’ button for me to select at delivery page. But since they mentioned I can get the goods as fast as 30mins, so I placed my order. When I go to store, staff said they didn’t receive order number, so they can’t give me the items, even they have the items at store and I did placed my order. So, I wasted my time to order online and and got misled by Watsons, now I need to wait for at least 2 days before I can get something they have in store. Technology, huh. Let’s go back to purchase at store

My first Online shopping in Watsons

The order screen mainly black and write. It is not easy to find all item that I need to fill in.
And the locator of shop to pick up should be divided into HK island, Kowloon and N. T. , then districts and shop. It will be easier to find.
