Performance good and user friendly

App never crash. Able to check all info including price and tax any time. Check in is easy, all members detailed can be saved and loaded, I like the order inflight meal convenience and cheap price.

The worst airline customer support ever

No phone number nor email address was provided for customer enquiry.

The AI chatbot is clearly designed to not allow customers to get any help. I had to change certain things in my booking and when I typed my booking number, the chatbox said that my booking was an employee booking and asked to me to contact my employee benefits team - when the fact is I bought the ticket on their website. I tried it with my partner’s booking number - same result. Clearly a scam.

The App has bug and crashed!

The App were default another persons contact in my itinerary and sent my itinerary to a stranger mailbox, it’s so scary and likes a scam!
Their chatbot is useless regardless how I report this issue but no correct response. I feel very insecure and worrying my travel document information would be leaked to someone who I don’t know! It’s a rubbish airline application I’ve never seen before, should report to police for personal information leaking.
