Absolutely pathetic customer service from Asia Miles. I have had an issue with missing miles and been calling the HK contact number for days (even on non lunchtime hours) and it always goes to Voicemail (claiming their line is “busy”). When you leave your number on the voicemail, they don’t call back either. As an alternative, tried emailing but also no reply.
But why am I surprised? Owned by Cathay where the service is ranked consistently as one of the worst in HK.
Not able to claim missing mileage
You would never able to claim missing miles using this app. After input ticket info and scanning all documents you will find that there is a bug at the selecting location area, says if you fly from HK by AC, you could only selection airport after Malaysia (alphabetical order) and never accept keyboard typing anyway.
BTW, why is that the selecting airport After scanning documents and not goes with the tickets information area?
Rubbish. Unable to do anything except checking your miles
It’s a joke that such a useless app prompts you to update every other week when all you’re able to do with it is checking you miles.
Never remember your user name or password despite clicking “remember me” and only keeps directing you to web page when you want to redeem anything. Waste of data.
