Give me an informed choice of whether updating or not

Next time before you discontinue a function as much importance as my news, please mention it specifically in the update log/ version history, rather than phrasing it “a new layout”. That’s why I’m panic about updating apps, in the fear of losing something I get habitual to.

Use it daily for hrs

Fantastic news coverage, could have more feature articles and more in-depth articles and research of topics and would be good to have read articles make way for new content and the option to delete certain topics (e.g. sports or something else that might not interest someone). Grateful for the work of the journalists and the team.

Where has my personalised news gone?

The app updated itself a couple of days ago. All my personal news tabs have vanished and I now have to scroll through topics such as Wales and Formula 1 to find the news that I want to read. There’s no longer a n option under Settings to choose which topics I want to read about. Seriously? Someone actually thought that would be an improvement? This is by far the worse update to the app I’ve ever seen. Five stars for the reporting; one star for the app design.
