Cant login / register after lost card
After reported card loss, the new card i got has a different number, now i cant login to unbind old card n rebind new card (login error message “invalid card” CJ9011), nor can i re-register! Shouldnt card validity be checked after login? I spent over an hour calling the hotline, pressing numerous buttons to reach a service rep, explain my situation again and again, asking just to unlink my old card / deregister my a/c ... he claimed to help me reset my ac n i’ll be able to login after 30 min BUT IT DIDNT WORK ROARRRR! Just forget it BOC pay!!!
abnormal data loss. frequent log out
After recent upgrade, the app frequently logged out and requiring sms confirmation each time I wanted to use it. It is annoying! I would rather not use it when I really need to pay my purchase in a queue!
Please rectify this problem or else I won’t use it anymore.
Can’t transfer to your another bank account
It is strange if you can’t transfer my money to my another bank account with my same phone number when I updated the app. It was working well before I updated the app
