Citrix Workspace app lets you access your SaaS, web apps, mobile, virtual apps, files, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favourite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started.

HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:

Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.

Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

Cursor not visible when using external monitor with iPad

Overall, without any doubt the best app out there for virtual desktop & remote access. My experience via iPad to access corporate network on Windows is better than a native Windows machine, however when I attach my iPad to an external monitor, I don’t see the mouse cursor on the monitor which beats the purpose of using an external larger monitor. Hope this can be addressed and my feedback would be 5 stars.

[Update: 19 Jul 2021] Still the cursor disappears when you connect iPad with external monitor. I got a response from Citrix, suggesting touch pad support…which is correct, I.e. touch pad works in Citrix but my point was that the cursor is not visible which just kills the use of external monitor. I am not sure if Citric is able to understand my feedback but happy to share my screenshots if needed. I really hope you can fix this and make your app better…even better than the soon-to-be-released Microsoft cloud windows.

Hi Ahmad, With 21.5.0 release, you can use a generic mouse on external monitors connected to an iPad. Generic mouse is supported on devices running iOS 13.4 or later.

The virtual keyboard cannot enter capital letter properly

Same as title, the virtual keyboard cannot enter capital letter when I enter my login password to the remote window system. I failed to enter proper password and lead to my company IT to unlock my user account as I failed too many time. Eventually I found out the capital letter cannot be sent for password entering for window login screen

Terrible usability on the 11-inch iPad Pro

Seems to be terribly optimized for certain devices— while the app works fine on my friend’s iPad Air using a Magic Keyboard case, the text cursor keeps teleporting post-click my iPad Pro 11-inch using the same Magic Keyboard case, especially in IDEs and word processors.
On my device at least, Citrix seems to require a double click instead of a regular single click, and completely disregards taps on the trackpad. Regrettably, I think this is possibly a case of bad testing protocol, or developers not actually using the app they produce.
