Can’t place order
I have XsMax phone. Part of the screen is not possible to see (top) and when I tried to press that check out button ($), it won’t even respond.
Good and on time
As a frequent user I usually order 2hours before lunch/dinner, their staff will call and double confirm with the delivery time. Experienced they’ve missed some of my orders but staff are friendly and have improvements recently, will support and refer to fds.
Waited an hour before telling us our order was cancelled
It’s rubbish that they waited an hour before telling us the order was cancelled and had absolutely no intention to help us solve the matter ended waiting for food and then finding out nothing. Will not recommend or use this service until they sort out these issues! Don’t waste your time on this app!
