Excellent services

Room is really nice. 24 hours pantry in public area on the floor is a brilliant idea and facility, it serves bananas, apples, biscuits, cookies, mini muffins, tea, and coffee. I love all-in breakfast style, buffet and a la carte. I ate different dishes every morning. I never get bored. Food quality is very good. Although air condition was mal-function twice during my 8 days stay, handyman fixed it right away. Location is in District One (CBD). Point of interest is not far away.

express my disapp regarding my flight ticket on your platform, Expedia. When I arrived at the airport, I discovered that the flight time had been changed to the evening, without any prior notification or update on your website. What added to my frustration was the response I received from your customer service representative. They insisted that the displayed time was correct, despite my explanation of the discrepancy. To my surprise, their explanation was that as a budget airline, they do not receive the same updates and therefore customers are required to check the official website for accurate information. This response was unsatisfactory, as I have made purchases through different platforms for budget airlines in the past, and they have always provided timely updates. This experience has left me with the decision to no longer use your platform in the future. I expect better communication and ac

Slow and clumsy refund procedures

I have made a booking for a five star resort suit, however the standard of the resort is not up to standard with smelly room and slow service during Check in. in short, we do not want to waste our holiday so we decided to shorten the stay in that resort and the hotel manager agree with the refund. Here comes the problem, even if the hotel agree with the refund, as Expedia is the agent that collect money, we need to talk to Expedia for the refund case even if the hotel manager agreed with the refund .
Secondly, we tried to call Expedia for this simple refund case however we end up with talking hours on phone with different departments of Expedia and explained our case again and again as Expedia hotline said they have different departments to handle such cases!!! You need to call overseas to their special departments to get the approval for the refund even the hotel agree with it already.

My phone bills on calling and waiting for their reply end up more expensive than the refund room charge. ( imagine when you are on vacation and you need to call their different departments and they all ask you to stay on line and wait ..... this really ruined my holiday)

Anyway, it is much easier if I book directly with the hotel especially the price difference is not much.
