Minor update and enhancement.
Flight UO 1646
The flight itself was fine, flight attendants were
very young, but friendly and helpful. However, although the booking staff denied this, it was obvious that there was only one person manning the phone. There was no queueing system, so she had to ‘off’ the calls when busy.
How silly, as this gives the customer the impression you’re blocking their calls. Soooo not good! Not the operator’s fault, but that if a greedy, gambling boss, who thinks he can get away with exploiting his staff and ignoring his customers. Ridiculous. The same person manned the complaint emails....what??? Yes, I am absolutely serious!
Awful airline awful service
My daughter was bumped off her first flight with this cr@p airline because they overbooked and had nobody we could talk to. The handling agent said they’re not HK Express but go on line.... It took weeks to arrange a refund and they only offered a discount voucher for another flight which is useless as I will never use them again. My daughter had to go back the next day and I paid a bit more for CX .... and got a LOT more. Lesson learned. Awful airline. Hope they go bankrupt soon.
Some bugs with the app
1. When I select something that I typed, it pops out cut/copy/etc but in Japanese.
2. I did a typo when entering passport info, it doesn’t allow me to correct the specific field that I got wrong. I had to go back and erase everything that I entered and start everything again (by the way I stupidly made the typo when I was entering the last person)
