Not user friendly playback interface

Playback fast forward/backward options not available, making watching difficult;
It’ll be perfect if there is an option for calling on/off subtitles

Slow, outdated UI and obscure pricing categorization

The main problem with this app is its UI, try to find the search button for example. It is also slow, no smooth scrolling here and more important is the messy and obscure price system, it needs clarity and simplicity.
HMV developers rework the UI, make it simple, HMV executives try harder with the pricing system, it makes no sense in 2020, make it clear, you can not ask people to subscribe and to pay for a premium afterwards, everything has to be included, this business model became the rule with Netflix because it is efficient.
Going down this road and you will be out of the market in few years.

Bad App

I really like the content and the plan for your app but I’m not going to subscribe to it anymore. Very bad app design, there are bugs everywhere, took me lots of time to get even log in the first time. For the TV app (mine is samsung smart tv), all of the movie list and movie suggestion is gone and even if you search for your content, the search system is insane and cannot function well, you will keep come back to the typing search bar again and again.

Please do a better job hmv, i really would like to support this.
