Not supporting Face ID!

It’s not bad but it’s quite a shame that Face ID is not supported and if you have switched to an iPhoneX you will be disappointed. You have to enter the password every time with a prompt asking you if you would like to use the Touch ID. It’s pretty annoying, honestly!

Want to switch the bank because of this app

I don't understand why this app is not the same design as other HSBC app in other country or even the one dedicate to Jersey and IOM, Face ID is missing, I still need to use token to generate a passcode to do transfer or secure message, which mean it is useless on the road since I won’t bring out the token every day.
