Not enter the next level!!!!!!!!!!!!!plz check!!

I have successfully cracked the 699 level twice, but after each time I will stay in the page in the connection and not enter the next level!

Loading stops at 10/19

So I finally realized many people are stuck at 10/19. It happened to me too and it won’t continue loading even after restarting the mobile and quitting the app. I have already left emailed the help centre and waiting for their response. Would not want to delete app and download again as I’m already at Level 2000 plus. Really hope they can solve it soon... Christmas is almost over! Totally missing out on the Christmas special games.

Sorry for the problem you have encountered in the game. We have been working to fix this issue and will release an update that will fix this issue. Unfortunately, due to closure of the App Store during Christmas holidays, we were unable to release an update faster. Please update to the latest version once it's approved and available.

Error during the game

I love love this game but there is always error when I am playing, especially ‘Everyone’s tube’. When it is go to the next level, the scene just stuck there and didn’t move on anymore. I have no way but to reopen the game. However, I can’t continue the game at where I stuck which always makes me very confused. Moreover, it is not my first time to meet this situation and I am quite disappointed to it. I hope the developer can fix this problem soon.
