Scam - deduct more than purchased!
The app froze (with a blank screen) after I completed my payment via third-party payment channels (I tried ApplePay and Alipay). It turned out charging me around $1200 without successfully placing any order!
Its Customer Services said it would take around 6 weeks to investigate into the case. It sounds ridiculous to me as it takes that long for the investigation even the customer reported a loss of $1200 due to its system errors. If the system is so buggy, how can we trust using its online services anymore? We should not be the one to help debug the system by risking our own money.
The case is reported to the Consumer Council.
